This bill was proposed by Mike of Romanam on behalf of the CDU in the 72nd Soviet Government. 

Purpose

To reaffirm Soviet principles and protect Soviet rights.

  • Our dedication to democracy and our federation's constitutionally created democratic institutions and governing bodies.
  • Our dedication of open debate and free speech.
  • Our commitment to preserve and protect our constitution.
  • Our commitment to proper parlimentary and legislative procedure
  • Our unwavering belief in Section 5 of the Constitution. 

Soviet Rights

All Soviet Federation members have the following rights:

  • Right to participate in elections
  • Right to vote
  • Right to publicly discuss and debate legislation and affairs without fear of retribution or retalition 
  • Right to start a member veto in proper procedure under Article 3.5

All Soviet Federation councillors have the following rights:

  • Right to propose legislation
  • Right to dissent
  • Right to publicly discuss and debate legislation and affairs without fear of retribution or retalition 
  • All rights given to members in general
