The Fiftieth Soviet Government was led by Keppy, who won the 3348 election. This was the seventh government during The Leauge, and marked the return of Keppy, who had not been the leader of the Soviet Federation since 3101. This was the second election to be forced to go into a second ballot, and like the first time, the leader was defeated in the run-off.

Keppy Tony 75 per cent 56 per cent
Andrew Evad 78 per cent 44 per cent
Emily Lego 56 per cent -

Government Activity

The elections brought Keppy into office, who was ready to implement some reform having been absent from any leadership role for the past two centuries. Her first act was to appoint a functioning cabinet, and she did this by creating a new government department named Soviet Relations. This was a rather unclear name, and it drew suspicion quickly. Beyond this, she aimed to put the focus on the expansion of the federation as well as resolidifying the Supreme Court, which had needed new appointees badly.

The question of the size of the Soviet Federation became significant. Keppy wanted to grow the Soviet Federation, and made it clear that this was the responsibility of all Soviet member states, not just the Premier. Keppy also decided to convene a special meeting to discuss the future of the federation.

Premier - Keppy (Volusian Confederacy)

Finance - Jack (Alma)

Soviet Relations -  Myon (United Tombre)

Defense - Tony (Coastal Rock)
